A new opportunity has arisen within the West Yorkshire area for an experienced Social Worker within Adults Social Services. The authority is looking for social workers to join their Continued Health Care team clearing a back log of assessments built up over the covid-19 pandemic. Candidates will be expected to have a social work qualification with knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures. To apply for this role you must hold a degree, post graduate or Professional Qualification in Social Work. Hold full HCPC registration. Ideally have 6 months post graduate experience within a local authority. Have Clear and valid DBS disclosure and have access to their own car.
