Machine Shop Manager, Newbury

We are currently looking for a Machine Shop Manager to work for a world class manufacturing firm near Newbury. All applicants must have previously held a leadership position within a machine shop environment - manager, team leader, supervisor etc. Previous experience working within the automotive, aerospace and/or motorsport industries would be highly advantageous. The position will entail the management of team leaders, including performance management, team development and deputising for the Plant Manager in their absence. Salary banding: £45,000 - 55,000pa Further details available upon application
