Chilled Warehouse Operative, Tewkesbury

Cotteswold Dairy have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and efficient Chilled Warehouse Operative who can work accurately under pressure, to join our Chilled Warehouse Team based in Tewkesbury. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive rate starting at £9.00 per hour. Hours: A minimum of 37.5hrs per week, 5 days over 7, working on a shift rota. The role: This is a vital role, responsible for ensuring orders are picked accurately and ready to be delivered to our customers across the UK.  Working as part of a team, the individual must be able to work quickly and maintain a positive attitude. What will you be doing as out Chilled Warehouse Operative - To accurately pick customer orders. - To complete stock rotations. - To continually replenish the stock. - To keep the Chilled Warehouse clean at all times providing a safe working environment. - To perform any other reasonable task as requested by more senior staff.  Skills and attributes, we?re looking for in our Chilled Warehouse Operative: Essential - Strong organisational skills with professional and clear communications skills. - Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment, motivation and flexibility. - Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision. - Possess strong numeracy skills. - Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines. - Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices. Desirable - Experience of working in the dairy or similar food production sector. - Forklift truck licence and experience, however training will be provided for the right candidate.
