Adult Social Worker - Hospital Discharge I join a well-established team based at North Manchester General Hospital Bury Council are currently looking to recruit an Adult Social worker with experience within a hospital setting to join the hospital discharge team. Candidate Profile The successful candidate for this position will have experience of working as a Children's Social Worker. Has a willingness to learn new skills on the job and be able to work within a fast paced team environment. Pay: £22.26 per hour dependent on experience.
