Job Title: Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant Location: Birstall, WF17 9TD Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 dependent upon experience + realistic bonus Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 Grafton joined the Gi Group family back in 2018 but didn't enter the UK market until January 2020. Specialisms outside of the above will be considered on merit if we feel they can complement our offering. Essentials * Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role * A passion for sales and business development * Full UK driving licence with own vehicle * Sleeves up, hands on, challenge hungry recruiter * Quality over quantity attitude with the ability to negotiate The Role * Building up your desk by contacting potential clients within your specialism and geographical area via phone and appointments (company mileage is paid) * Using a consultative approach to provide a full recruitment solution whilst being adaptable to meet your clients' needs * Composing and posting adverts to meet your clients' specifications * Head-hunting, sifting, selecting, shortlisting, pre-screening and attending face-to-face interviews with suitable candidates * Carrying out full registrations and Right to Work checks with your shortlist * Fully preparing shortlisted candidates for the interview process with your clients * Keeping abreast of job and labour market needs/trends and continual territory mapping of your geographical area * Updating all activities via our CRM and activity reports. We use Bullhorn, Spinner, Broadbean and Microsoft by the way.
