Service Manager, Bradford

An opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager, to manage a small supported living service based in Bradford, for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and autism and complex needs. If you are an experienced Service Manager, or have experience in managing a service for adults with leanring disabilities and you enjoy leading a service that support vulnerable individuals to be as independent as possible, then this could be the ideal role for you. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the service enables individuals to access the community and carry out the many social activities that customers enjoy, including various sports and leisure, day trips to the coast, restaurants and bars etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an Assistant Manager, who would like to progress to the next level of their career to Service Manager, or an experienced Service Manager, who would like to focus upon delivering quality person centred care to vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities in small services. Report to the Registered Manager Work and towards exceeding CQC standards As a Service Manager, you will be able to form professional positive relationships with customers to support them to continue to live full and rewarding lives, promoting the rights of service users ? Establishing appropriate links with educational / training / employment providers ?
