Operational Support Manager, West Yorkshire

The Company: National multi utilities Independent distribution network operator (IDNO). Electrical, gas, water connections across large residential and commercial builds. The company offer a full range of design and project management services for multi-utility connections. The Role: Oversee the project planning for new gas, water and electric connections within KPI?s and customer .expectations to ensure a right first time culture and an excellent customer experience. Dealing with payments and planning schedules for construction projects. Ensure all NRSWA permissions and traffic management notices are in place. Managing enquires through local authorities, councils etc. Dealing specifically with Electrical, Gas and Water operators across the region. The Ideal Person: Team manager of a small team of planners / schedulers. An Understanding of NRSWA permit/Notices would be highly advantageous. Ensuring compliance with planning KPI?s.
