Registered Nurse, Halifax

We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a luxury nursing home based in the Halifax area. This Nursing Home is a specialist elderly care service operated by a nationally recognised provider of highly rated care homes, who put emphasis on creating a happy, relaxed and homely atmosphere whilst providing the best care to residents. You will be responsible for delivering and implementing exceptional care for residents with general nursing and dementia care needs. You will have the ability to work autonomously and effectively promote health and well-being within the service.
