Contracts Manager, East Sussex

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts manager to join a thriving residential developer on a permanent basis. The right candidate must have at least 10 years' experience managing multiple traditional build and RC frame sites up to 500 units at one time. Ensuring programme (contract and target) is progressed to time, quality, specification and budget in accordance with the company/division KPIs and client's requirements. You must also have experience in managing multiple sites that at times may have complexities involved.
