This is the perfect opportunity to specialise in the therapeutic care approach which is endorsed by my client. With the aim of providing a caring and nurturing environment for the children who need it most. The Registered Manager will run a residential home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You will manage a team of staff and also you will ensure that the home is fully compliant with the Ofsted regulations, you will also work closely with the operational manager that will allow you to develop your skills to get that step closer to progressing within your industry. For the right candidate they are offering a competitive pay of up to £350 per day as well as a stable 3-6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have: NVQ L5 Leadership and Management (Or equivalent) Two years experience as a Registered Manager within Children's residential settings.
