Children's Registered Manager, Braintree

Children's Registered Manager - Braintree Area -Up to £40,000 (depending on experience) My client provides residential care for Children and Young People in the South East. This in includes transitional care in the semi-independent living. All services include short and long stay emergency placements and focuses for EBD Children. They have 3 homes at the moment and are in period of growth. We are looking for a Registered Manager for our 3 Bed, EBS home in the Braintree area of Essex. This is for Children and Young People from the age of 12. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, as well as guiding and leading our friend and welcoming team. You will look after the budgets and will work towards positive outcomes for our Young People as well as upholding our high standards of care at all times. This role is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with shared on call responsibility. To apply for this role, you must have the following; - Experience in a Children's Residential Care - Experience in a Supervisory role within a Children's Residential Service - QCF Level 5 or Equivalent (will consider working towards) - Good knowledge of Children's Regulations - Driver This is a perfect for an experienced Manager looking for a new exciting opportunity, or an Assistant Manager looking for their next step up.
