The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people with Complex Needs. Salary and Benefits £28,000 - £30,000 per annum. Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer. Requirements Recent experience working either as a Deputy Manager or as a Senior Residential Support Worker in a Children's Home.
