Plumber/ Multi Trade Boston £16.00 per hour - 40 hours a week, Mon - Fri (8:00 - 16:30) Temporary 45P a mile You'll be part of a large, rapidly growing housing association covering Boston and surrounding areas. This company specialises in reactive maintenance as they deliver a first class service to tenants. They have a very low turnover of staff and are consistently bringing work back in house which is the reason for the current vacancy. You will be required to carry out a minimum of 40 hours work per week at a rate £16.00 per hour. You will be on an ongoing temporary contact. Duties which are required of the Plumber/ Multi Trade: ? Void properties ? Plumbing ? Joinery (hanging doors, skirting boards) ? Basic Tiling ? Basic Plastering The ideal Plumber/ Multi Trade will have the following: ? Previous social housing experience ? Joinery, plumbing, tiling and plastering abilities ? Driving licence own Van In return the Plumber/ Multi Trade will receive: ? On time weekly payments ? A dedicated consultant to represent you as a contract worker, available by phone and email ?
