You will be the champion for the data product roadmap, ensuring our Data Science team is focused on delivering solutions that solve real world business problems and drive measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own, define, and maintain the data product roadmap, aligning it with overall business objectives and the Data Science strategy.
- Be the primary person for translating vague or high level business requirements into detailed, actionable, and valuable data product requirements.
- Possess a clear understanding of data concepts, models, and sources. You will be responsible for gathering precise data requirements and specifications necessary for product development.
- Lead a dedicated product squad, including Data Scientists, providing clear direction and priority setting to drive efficient delivery.
- Support the entire product lifecycle from requirement gathering through to deployment, adoption, and iteration, without being directly involved in the technical delivery of the solutions.
- Manage communication and expectations with key business stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and product value.

- Excellent ability to translate complex, non-technical business problems into clear, technical data product requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise features, and define success metrics.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the Retail or FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS).
