What You Will Do:

• Conductcomprehensive assessmentsand develop personalised, outcome-focused care plans.

• Take the lead oncomplex and high-risk cases, offering guidance and support to junior staff.
• Manage and prioritise abusy caseloadto ensure timely and proportionate responses.
• Maintainaccurate, up-to-date statutory recordsand documentation.
