Driver / Operative with excellent time‑management and organisational skills and the ability to use a SAT NAV is needed for a well‑established waste management company in Dunmow, Essex.

No previous experience required – full training provided.

Salary: £100 per day (based on 8 hours – flexible start times available)

Location: Dunmow, Essex

Company vehicle provided for work use only; personal vehicle needed to commute to Dunmow daily.

Due to the growth of the waste industry and recently securing new contracts, the company has new opportunities for a Driver / Operative with strong organisational and time‑management skills and proficiency in SAT NAV. The role involves traveling within a 60‑mile radius of Dunmow, collecting dog waste and litter bins in parks and public spaces, and managing your own schedule efficiently.

• Travel to assigned locations covering a designated territory to service waste and litter bins.
• Empty dog waste and litter bins in parks and public areas.
• Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Keep tools and equipment clean and functional.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Liaise effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

• Full UK driving licence – essential for operating a company vehicle.
• Physical fitness to perform manual handling duties.
• Strong time‑management skills to efficiently manage workload and routes.
• Excellent organisational skills for planning and completing daily tasks.
