Warehouse Admin, Bridgwater

Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Bridgwater, who are actively recruiting for a Dock Office Administrator (Warehouse Administrator) on a temporary basis to provide afternoon cover within the Dock Office, with the potential for a temporary to permanent opportunity depending on business needs.

• Processing inbound and outbound warehouse paperwork accurately
• Preparing labels and Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
• Liaising with warehouse teams and drivers regarding deliveries and collections
• Working closely with transport and warehouse departments to ensure operations run efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems as required
• Conducting administrative checks and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
• Supporting health and safety procedures within the warehouse environment
• Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Providing excellent communication and organisational support across departments

• Previous administration or warehouse administration experience preferred
• Good IT and data entry skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A good English level
• A positive approach to work / positive attitude
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
• Excellent attention to detail

Monday to Friday - 14:00 to 22:00
