Senior Carer Salary:£14.18 per hour - Days/Nights Location: Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO15 3NT Key Responsibilities: Supervise and Lead: Guide and inspire the Care Assistant team alongside the Deputy General Manager. Clinical Support: Assist the clinical team in specific areas like medicationadministration, resident assessments, care planning, and care reviews.Deliver Care: Ensure every resident receives dignified, warm, and individualized support, making the environment welcoming and vibrant.
