Activities Assistant - Bank - Care Home, Bridlington

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you will help create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. You will devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability, getting to know residents and their families before creating tailored activity programmes focused on maximising everyone’s wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

You will be warm, empathetic and personable, with strong organisational skills and a driven mindset that ensures tasks are completed efficiently. You will bring infectious enthusiasm and a creative approach to inspire residents and staff to participate in activities both within the home and in the local community. Similar experience is ideal, although it is not essential; training to develop your skills will be provided.
