Workshop Controller, Hucknall under Huthwaite

Is organised your middle name? Do you thrive on a busy and varied workload? This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a busy operations team and take the lead on a range of key tasks! These include controlling, planning and processing all workshop job activities in addition to supplier coordination, administration and producing regular reporting. The role combines both technical and contract management elements which aims to manage process compliance and improve customer experience through service. Activities include the creation of detailed work based instructions, contract status reporting, process mapping and project planning. In addition to supporting the management of existing contracts, this role will also play a pivotal part in supporting bids and tenders activity to secure additional business opportunities. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience of working in a demanding service operation which includes customer interaction and effective work planning on a daily basis. Have strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. There is a high degree of process and workflow management so applicants with similar previous experience would be desirable. This is a full time permanent role. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.15am ? 4.45pm. The annual salary is negotiable circa £20,000 ? £23,000 per annum. Interested? Hit apply now
