Connect GRP UK Ltd are currently recruiting for a 360 white-collar construction recruitment consultant (perm & freelance) to join our busy, expanding team based at our office in Brighton. Suitable applicants will be driven, self-motivated and have experience in previous sales roles. Previous experience in recruitment would be advantageous but not compulsory. The role will include, but not be limited to; · New Business development · Developing existing business relationships · Registering new candidates · Candidate compliance and administration · CV sourcing & interviewing · Negotiation · Pro-actively approaching market talent · Client after care This a great opportunity for someone with a tenacious attitude with aspirations in recruitment that will benefit from the support of our directors and team.
