Building Surveyor - Graduate Level, Faversham

My client a well-established Chartered Surveyors are looking for a Building Surveyors to join their busy and thriving team. Building Surveyors are expected to possess either a Degree or HND in a relevant subject and as part of their employment will be working towards obtaining a professional qualification with RICS 1.3. Ideally you will possess a minimum of 5 years experience within a company providing Professional Services. This role is based near the Canterbury area, and the work will be predominately in the Kent area. Duties Include: · Undertake measured surveys and site inspections · Preparing existing and proposed plans in CAD format · At as Contract Administrator with limited supervision · Produce specifications with only minor amendments required · Preparation of tender documentation · Undertaking and assisting with site visits · Assisting with day to day project duties · Undertake Party Wall matters with limited assistance · Assisting senior building surveyors with professional matters, including, but not limited to Party Wall Matters, Acquisitions, Condition Surveys, Dilapidations etc · Ensure Clients are happy with service with repeat business · Produce specifications and all types of Reports, with only minor amendments required If you have the relevant experience and qualification for this role, please apply today
