Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Spalding

Roles and Responsibility A key attribute is to be able to plan and to be able to apply forward thinking, to ensure limited downtime. You will be involved with Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities As a part of this role you have the chance to be involved in new machinery installations that would be carried out on site. Within this role you will be working on various machinery such as conveyors, check weighers, packaging machinery, metal detectors. As a part of your role you will be responsible for reacting to breakdowns on site and implementing proactive/reactive maintenance of the machinery.To Be Successful At least 3 years working in one of the following sectors: Food, Drink or FMCG You will need to hold one of the following qualifications to be considered: City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or BTEC(Apprenticeship) in Electrical Engineering It is essential within this role to have experience within fault findings and/or diagnosis Having Experience with using PLC, would be fundamental with this role and the company's requirements The job titles that would be considered for this role would be; Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Shift Technician, Shift Engineer or Electrical Maintenance EngineerIn return, you will be offered a truly varied role within a dynamic and a fast-paced business where opportunities to develop your skill sets and career progression path often arise
