Inevitably, they are concerned about recruiting lesser experienced NQTs however value their importance of their place in the workforce. Support packs include contains six hours of content aligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework and are designed to support the practice of Teachers: Pedagogy and Practice Curriculum Assessment Behaviour SEN Professional behaviours You will also have access to other CPD courses including Mental Wellbeing in Children and Young People, Managing Classroom Behaviour, Mindfulness, Promoting Positive Behaviour.
