SEN Teaching Assistant - Team Teach Trained, Essex

Team-Teach TA?s We are looking for outstanding Teaching Assistants who are Team-Teach trained to work with pupils with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Such pupils can be disruptive, aggressive and consequently difficult to support. It will be raising self-esteem at every opportunity, ensuring a consistent approach to the child's behavioural difficulties and encouraging the provision of a positive classroom environment. We work with numerous SEND schools across Essex that are looking for fantastic TA?s to enhance their students learning. To apply for this role you will ideally need to be: ? A team player ?
