This innovative provider has a requirement for a Dementia Lead Nurse (RMN/RNLD) for their large purpose-built care and nursing home in the Cannock area. The Dementia Lead Nurse (RMN/RNLD) in Cannock will support the management team within the home reviewing all clinical aspects of care and assisting with work-based supervisions The Dementia Lead Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will work alongside all clinical staff across the home and be instrumental in ensuring they provide the very highest standards of person-centred care. The Dementia Lead Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will produce rotas and assist the home manager with the implementation of policies and procedures and the financial objectives for the home. The Dementia Lead Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will deputise for management and will be part of the management on call rota. The Dementia Lead Nurse must be nurse qualified with active PIN and ideally be an RMN or an RNLD though RGNs with extensive experience of working within Dementia settings will be considered.
