Accounts Payable Supervisor, Lewes

We are exclusively working with a large business who has been at the forefront of the battle vs Covid-19. We are currently assisting this amazing organisation in finding an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor. The role will start with homeworking, but you then be required to be in the office full time. Client Details Our client is a fast growing business, who have been extremely busy due to the current climate. Description To take responsibility for the day to day running of the Accounts Payable Dept. where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. Your role will include: Processing of invoices and the responsibility of Group Services. Providing targets on a monthly basis, reviewing and updating weekly. Checking and Setting the payment runs. Updating Exchange rates. Foreign Exchange reporting. Producing Rotas and Newsletters. Launching the Auto Accruals process. Opening and closing Nominal codes. Deputising for the AP Manager, to include book keeping and support training for new AP Staff. For this role you will need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. Profile Team leader or supervisory experience. Experience with Microsoft Office packages to include Excel and Word. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
