Warehouse Coordinator, Newhaven

Our client is one of the regions leading manufacturing business exporting to over 82 intenational locations and throughout the UK, over the last few months they have enjoyed extensive growth and are now in the exciting postion to hire a SENIOR WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR to assist the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor for the despatch of goods. ESSENTIALl - COUNTER BALANCE FLT (TICKET) AND DRIVING LICENSE CATEGORY C1 Main Duties  To plan and organise all deliveries to external customers. 2.             Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity. 3.             Receipt and organise all deliveries from suppliers. 4.             Provide direction and leadership to others within your team. 5.             To manage warehouse inventory levels. 6.             Maintain a high standard of upkeep throughout the warehouses and yards. 7.             Communicating with internal and external suppliers to achieve operational requirements across the business. Other requirements  ?Ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to at all times ?Organise the deliveries and receipts of all finished products to/from the relevant customers and suppliers ensuring all the correct documentation and quantities are supplied. ?Organise receipt of all deliveries; ensuring quantities are correct with corresponding paperwork. ?Liaise with external suppliers to ensure inventory levels are maintained. ?Organise the supply/return of pre-assembly components to production. ?Maintain stock database with recommendations for stock control. ?Manage recyclable and waste materials; liaise with production to ensure minimum levels are maintained at all times. ?Ensure counter balance lifting equipment inspections are carried out and records maintained
