Ensure appropriate records are kept for ingredients and samples coming through the kitchen for future reference. Support and co-operate with other members of the team to facilitate the smooth running and continuous improvement of the department. Request and receive appropriate training and keep knowledge up to date Follow safe ways of working & site procedures, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur
