Duties: Freight Forwarding*OCEAN IMPORTS Daily planning, directing and controlling all FREIGHT activities Ocean Imports operations from start to finish Taking bookings and processing these in line Customs entries/clearances Obtaining relevant information from customers in order to complete customs clearances with current HMRC requirements Developing constructive relationships with key customers and key suppliers Resolving issues and thrive in delivering results Maintaining effective communication and relationships with overseas offices and partners. Skills -Requirements: Import Freight Forwarding Experience Strong and up to date Knowledge of Import customs & documentation processes Great Customer Services Prioritize, meet deadlines and customer requirements Process oriented and focus on output Able to promote the Company's services wherever possible Use own initiative but we work still as a Team!
