Chef De Partie, Brighton

Brighton i360 is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. Whether you’re working in our beachfront café, event spaces, or bar, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality food in one of Brighton’s most iconic venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDP or strong Demi CDP ready to step up in a busy, supportive, and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to high standards across your section
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist in training junior staff and support the Head and Sous Chefs
• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a busy kitchen
• Excellent food prep and cooking skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, calm under pressure
• Commitment to high standards and personal development
