Individual Needs Assistant Required - Brighton

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and proactive Individual Needs Assistant to provide tailored support for a student within an academic setting in Brighton.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day academic and personal support needs, helping to promote independence, confidence, and engagement in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one support during academic activities
• Assisting with organisation, note-taking, and time management
• Supporting communication and social interaction where required
• Encouraging independence and participation
• Liaising professionally with staff and relevant support services

Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Patient, understanding, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Organised, dependable, and flexible
• Previous experience in support work, education, or care is desirable

Hours & Pay:
Flexible hours available. Competitive rate of pay dependent on experience.
