Temp Static Fabric Technician/Caretaker
I am currently recruiting for my client is Brighton for a fabric technician/Caretaker for a University Halls of Residence. You will have a proven background in maintenance and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
Sector: Education
Duties will include ppm's such astemptap test's,tmvtemp test, checks on shower heads, walk rounds, as well as fixing cupboard doors, blockages, changing toilet furniture, small paintingprojectsand general day to day maintenance jobs.
16.50p/h based onMonday to Friday 7-4 or 8-5.
