The ideal applicant will likely be a recent graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.Candidates who have further developed their skills throughcompelling personal projects, open-source contributions, or practical hardware/software build skills are encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities

• Production & Automation: Assembling high-precision mechanical/electronic hardware; designing and programming robotic automations, tools, and jigs to optimize workshop efficiency.

• Product Improvement: Refining core designs based on production feedback and occasional field visits to observe end-user interactions.

• Growth & Development: Upskilling across design, manufacturing, electronics, and software, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.

Key Skills & Interests (Knowledge in any is a plus)

• 3D CAD & Prototyping: Fusion 360, Onshape, SolidWorks, CNC/CAM, 3D printing.

• Electronics & Hardware: Raspberry Pi, STM32, Control Systems, PCB design.

• Software & Cloud: Python, Embedded C, Web/Cloud, DevOps, Git, MQTT, IoT.

• Data & Maths: Data visualisation, telemetry, Kalman Filters, Statistics.
