Job DescriptionWe are a locally owned, family-run business, with our office based in the heart of Ringmer. Our mission is to help older adults stay connected to the East Sussex communities they’ve loved for years, while continuing to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.Weekends are especially important for our clients. They are a chance to enjoy companionship, fresh air, and familiar local routines. We’re looking for Care Professionals with weekend availability to support clients across Lewes District and Uckfield during these valuable hours.Our Care Professionals provide essential weekend support to residents across the region helping older adults remain connected to local life.The weekend role:As a Weekend Care Professional, you’ll become a trusted presence in your clients’ homes, supporting their independence, comfort, and dignity.
