Title: Game Engine/Integration Engineer Location: Bristol/Part-Remote Package: up to 40k + company benefits Duration: Full-Time, Permanent Industry: Video Technology People Source Consulting have partnered with an exciting video technology start-up, to hire a Game Engine/Integration Engineer. Due to successfully securing funding they are now growing their technical team and require a Game Engine/Integration Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. The company are working on some of the most exciting, next generation video technology coming to market. The technology will change the way in which people view live entertainment and sports events. Although they are a start-up, they have already partnered with several of the largest broadcasters, content creators and creative studios in the world. You will be developing plugins for playing specialist video in game engines like Unreal, Unity and web browsers. You will be developing high quality code in C# and C++ to run alongside modern game engines. You will also be working with Unity and Unreal engine to design and build playback applications. Required Experience: *Experience of working with Unreal Engine or Unity *Experience coding in C++ & C# *Procedural generation in game engines. *Web Development experience and knowledge of popular modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js *Knowledge of developing shaders *Understanding of low-level graphics API's like OpenGL or DirectX This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and disruptive technology company, who are working on some very exciting technology.
