Freelance cloud engineer - AWS, Leicestershire

Job Description I am working with a leading tech business based in Leicestershire who are hiring for a cloud tech engineer for an initial 6 month contract. Role & Responsibilities Solid technical engineering background and influencing skills, who can lead the way, assist development teams with architecture, design decisions, coding, troubleshooting and any other technical issues related to implementation of a customer facing proposition. Skills & Qualifications Experience working with several cloud-based technologies (one of which must be AWS) Solid experience in Python coding and development of applications with Python. Experience building good quality code - smoke/integration tests, APIs Ideally, you will have previous experience in a DevOps environment Strong experience creating & managing delivery pipelines Previous experience in financial services would be preferred
