Production Supervisor, Worcester

Our client, a successful manufacturer of specialist composite doors, based in Worcester, have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join their existing team. Candidates must have relevant industry experience and be able to oversee a team of fabricators. The primary function is to control the daily running of your designated area in accordance with the Company?s production and quality assurance targets whilst promoting company discipline. You will also assist in the factory?s programme of continuous improvement in product quality to ensure a sustained rising of standards.
