Litigation Solicitor - Contested Probate, Royal Leamington Spa

Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive (Contested Probate) with min 3 years' PQE Leamington Spa £30-35k + benefits, ongoing training and development and fabulous career prospects This is a newly created role, so you will have the opportunity of really making this position your own from Day One. The position is working for a highly successful, rapidly growing, independent firm (part of a larger, very well-established group) based in Leamington Spa. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with broad experience in civil/commercial litigation. Candidates MUST have experience in contested probate. The role will involve running your own caseload of litigation matters which will include contested probate, inheritance disputes, employment law and a broad range of other civil and commercial matters.
