Multi-Skilled Mainteance Engineer Gainsborough £30,000 to £35,000 + OTE £40,000 + Overtime 1.5x base + Shift Allowance 24+8 Days Holiday +1 for 5 Years Rising to 29+8 + Pension Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00 + 14:00-22:30 (Start on Day Shift) Mutli skilled maintenance engineer sought within a Gainsborough based FMCG facility who are going through a period of growth, offering ongoing training and development opportunities. The role will be suited to an experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer ideally from a sheet metal background although all manufacturing backgrounds will be considered. Exposure to the electrical and mechanical maintenance of presses lathes MIG's and TIG's would be highly advantageous but all mutli skilled engineers will be considered. You will have strong mechanical and electrical qualifications and experience. The core function of the role will be the mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance of all equipment onsite. You will form a part of a small team of engineers equally sharing work between you and ensuring all work is completed in according to maintenance schedules to minimalise downtime you will also liaise with external contractors for support and assistance on maintenance repairs. You will also install / decommission / relocate / commission new and existing machinery onsite. You will have the ability to work in a team and independently as you will be the stand alone engineer on the late shift.
