My client, a leading Building Services providing are currently recruiting for a Mechanically bias contracts manager based in the Bristol area. This is a fantastic opportunity to start working for a leading FM company where a salary of £40,000 to £42,000 and company car is on offer. The Package £40,000 - £42,000 Car Allowance Non-Contractual bonus 25 days holiday Pension Contribution Main duties / responsibilities Responsible for the day to day management of the service delivery if Hard services to the end user, this will include responsibilities; Ensure contractual commitments are met in line with contract SLA's or KPI's Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement. Encourage progress and development with team members and client stakeholders. To have the customer focus for all areas of operational activities and maximise relationships with clients. Keep the customer's building safe and compliant. Develop new business and client relationships. Responsible for the operational management and service delivery of all contracted services. Managing costs and maximising profitability in line with budget and the requirements of the contract. Experience To have experience in a similar position City and Guilds in a relevant engineering discipline Must have worked on Public Funded Contracts previously.
