Commercial Manager, Hereford

Facades Commercial Manager My Client are an industry leading Facades sub-contractor who are looking to expand the Commercial Management team by bringing in an experienced Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager will need to have previous management experience managing a team of Surveyors & buyers. You will be working on Façade packages within the residential and commercial sector across London & The South East up to the value of £10m. Responsibilities & Duties * Overseeing and handling day-to-day business issues * Managing company associations * Working strategically to expand, preserve and improve the company?s procedures, standards and policies * Resolving contractual and commercial problems * Working and guiding contracts managers to ensure jobs are kept on program and on budget * Leading and developing the culture of the Team towards Operational Excellence * Reviewing, analysing and developing operational business flow * Working with the financial team to deliver timely and accurate financial MI * Continually seeking to identify and eliminating risk from the business Commercial Manager requirements * Have a construction degree or equivalent * Must have extensive Facades & Drylining project experience * A track record of driving business growth * Experience being an outstanding communicator who seeks to promote two-way communication of honest dialogue
