Senior Landscape Architect, Bath

A Senior Landscape Architect required for a well established multi disciplinary Landscape Architecture Practice and consultancy based in Bath. This is a Practice that offer a range of services in Landscape Architecture from residential, education, public realm and regeneration schemes. The Landscape Architect will be working alongside the Senior Landscape Architect on a range of exciting projects. The Senior Landscape Architect be competent managing projects from initial concept stages through to completion, having had exposure to working across multi million pound projects. You will be proficient working with design programmes such as AutoCAD, preferably having had exposure to BIM / Revit. Our client is consistently growing due to their increase in projects hence the need to bring on a Senior Landscape Architect. They are able to offer exciting projects as well as additional benefits which can be discussed at interview. Senior Landscape Architect Position Overview Working on projects in from residential, education and regeneration schemes. Work on a range of tasks including landscape design, landscape planning and Environmental Impact Assessment. Delivering projects to a high standard within the client brief and budgets. Managing projects from initial concept stages through to completion. Producing detailed technical drawings and design packages for projects. Working with design programmes such as AutoCAD and preferably BIM / Revit. Senior Landscape Architect Position Requirements Minimum of 4+ years industry experience. Degree Qualified in Landscape Architecture or Architecture with Landscape experience Have a design focus to your role, and with it a portfolio demonstrating design flair on University projects. Qualified to chartered level. A good personality - to both bring to the team and in order to liaise and work with other senior members of staff.
