Production Technicians (Aseptic / Sterile ), Borehamwood

International Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Borehamwood requires candidates with previous Sterile / Aseptic Production or Manufacturing experience to join the business as Production Technicians. Working within GMP Class A and B Cleanroom environments, you will set up and operate various complex processes for which you will receive full training. These roles operate on a 24/7 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern. You will actively support an environment of continuous improvement ensuring that all quality and productivity targets are achieved through the optimum use of resources in a safe environment. You will use effective communication skills with all team members to ensure completion of the Production Manufacturing and filling plans. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow often complex operating procedures. Some work experience in a job that requires these skills is preferred, however different backgrounds will be considered.
