Commercial Insurance Consultant - Great Company Benefits, Bristol

Interaction Recruitment are looking for Commercial Insurance Consultants for a well known, leading Insurance company based in Bristol. The hours worked are on a shift pattern, covering Monday to Friday (Apply online only), Saturday (Apply online only) and Sunday (Apply online only). You will contracted to 37.5 hours a week. Salary of £22K with a 9% Pension contribution and other company benefits. You'll also have an oppoutunity to earn an additional bonus which is dependant on performance, based on the amount of policies sold. On average you could earn an extra £300-£400 a month, totally to an additional £4800 annually taking you to £26,800 a year! Initially you will be working from home, with a plan to eventually be back in the office based in Bristol. You will start with 6 weeks training (Apply online only) Monday to Friday, then after be on a rotational shift pattern of 7.5 hours a day that you will notified about 6-8 weeks in advance. You will be mainly dealing with inbound calls, you will respond positively to all customer interaction across complex multiple products and lead in testing and implementation of new business improvement plans. You will also be providing sales and customer service expertise to underwriters and sell and service our policies whilst operating within a delegated underwriting authority. It is a non-scripted environment so you can personalise and tailor every request and customer individually. You will need to developing and sustain knowledge of 9 complex commercial products working across multiple systems in order to respond efficiently and effectively to customer requests. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in sales, insurance or have B2B experience. You will be interviewed and asked technical questions along with a competency test.
