This role represents a key part of this strategy.    The Role This is a broad and challenging technical role, comprising of driving the success of new and existing client activities through: Configuration of systems from end customer requirements Undertake site surveys and engage with sub-contractors Compile high quality, expressive proposals and tenders Produce costing documents and further develop the company costing model Provide technical support to both the customer and the company sales team Develop and maintain internal standards within the sales team The company are based in Shropshire, this role is open to applications across the UK.  Travel to Head Office in Shropshire will be required on a semi-regular basis. The Person The essential ingredients for the successful person include a genuine technical enthusiasm and passion for industrial automation and industry 4.0. Excellent proven ability to compile proposals and tenders within large multi drive process line systems (such as Siemens, ABB and Nidec/Control Techniques)  A track record of engaging sub-contractors, writing tenders, producing costings and obtaining internal approval Strong customer facing and service skills Full UK driving licence You need to be a team player who possesses a positive attitude and is keen to make the most of every opportunity you make for yourself.  In Return An ethos and culture which rewards excellence and the benefits which come with it.
