SQL Server DBA / Developer Winchester, Hampshire We are seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA / Developer to work with a successful company based near Winchester in Hampshire. The role of SQL Server DBA / Developer was created to provide additional expertise in both development and database administration tasks of a complex MS SQL environment. Following a company and tech transformation this role will involve the design and build of data processes for integration with external systems as well as their own internal BI software. Integration & Reporting is a key part of this role as well as optimisation and stored procedures. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience supporting MS SQL server environment with elements of both DBA and development. Essential Skills: Strong T-SQL coding Complex Joins Stored Procedures Functions (scalar and TVF) Experience using SSIS for ETL Performance tuning and indexing BI Development (data cubes) Working with data across multiple business disciplines Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing company with a lot of exciting projects with complex challenges to get stuck in to.
