You should possess an enthusiasm for empowering individuals Experience with SEN students is ideal however not essential Able to demonstrate effective communication with children with disabilities  Must show patience, enthusiasm and be committed Passionate or an interest in SEN and Physical Disabilities  Must posses a TEAM TEACH qualification (or willing to be upskilled) Proactive and happy to self direct Possess good behaviour management skills For this particular role, It?s all about having the right attitude and a natural energy for helping others.
