Part Qualified Management Accountant - FM, CH1

The company A global FM and property management company. The role Based in an office near Broughton, Chester, you will be working on the UK division of a global FM contract, providing financial and operational support for 3 sites across the UK. You will report directly to the Finance Manager, with the aim to progress into their role. You will be responsible for: * Indirect line management of 3 contract supports * KPI and P&L management * Financial modelling and client quotations * Commercial and business partnering with contract managers * Working to monthly client deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hunger and ambition, looking to develop and progress quickly within an internationally renowned FTSE 100. The person * You will be part or fully qualified with your ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or another relevant financial qualification or management accountancy degree. * You will have a hunger to progress in a financial role within an operational environment. * You will have a strong work ethic and commercial savvy, with a readiness to speak to people on all levels. * FM experience is preferable but not essential, however it's desirable that you have had experience working in an operational business.
