Caretaker Clacton- on- sea Temporary £18,739 per year Must have an enhanced DBS certificate  Our client is a specialist FM provider who maintain properties up and down the UK. They have a lot of PFI contracts and schools on their portfolio. They are currently recruiting a temporary caretaker to start work immediately in one of their high schools in Clacton, for at least 2-4 weeks with the possibility to be extended . The hours for this role are on a 2 week shift pattern, Week 1- 7am- 3pm Week 2- 10am - 6pm Duties Opening and locking of building and gates Minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry jobs Fire alarm tests Greeting visitors and escorting them around the site Ensuring the grounds are tidy from litter Security of school grounds The candidate Caretaking experience Must have an enhanced DBS check Able to work the 2 shift times required for the role Helpful and flexible attitude Good communication skills
